SOLD!

Great News, Answered Prayer!

We just got word that our home in Apple Valley is SOLD! Not only that but the buyers are going to pay CASH. Which means a very short escrow period (20 Days). Pretty amazing in this market that the Lord would bring someone to pay cash for our home. Thanks for praying for us in this journey. We have been nomads for three and half months and will be for a while longer but it's really nice to see the Lord work this out. Needless to say that was a big piece of the puzzle in getting ready to start the new church here in San Diego. Being free of that burden allows us to move forward here with even more determined focus.

I've got to tell you, we were so fired up when we heard we had a deal. Man, like a load lifted off our shoulders. The weight of paying for a home we are not living in is burdensome. The maintenance alone on 3/4 of an acre fully landscaped with a pool etc. is not something we could do much longer. God's timing is perfecto!

I know many of you are trying to sell homes and be a part of Seven San Diego. Hang in there, don't give up. God's getting the right buyer ready to buy your home. Have faith, keep believing, don't give up!
