UPDATE FROM THE SKYLINE CHURCH LEADERSHIP TEAM
Dear Skyline Church Family,
We want to take a moment to share an important update with you regarding Pastor Jeremy’s incredible wife, Janie, and invite you to continue standing in prayer with us.
As many of you know, Janie has been walking through a long and difficult health journey. In recent days, her condition has become more and more serious. She is now home with her family, receiving full-time care.
Through it all, her faith has never faltered. She remains anchored in hope, steadfast in prayer, and unwavering in her belief that God is a miracle-working God.
We believe with her—that nothing is impossible for our God. So, as a church, let’s boldly pray for healing, peace, and strength. Let’s cover Pastor Jeremy, Janie, and their entire family in faith and love during this time.
Thank you for loving them well as they walk through this together. Your support and continued prayers mean more than words can express.

Hi Pastor,
I just wanted to reach out and let you know that your church came across my path some time ago, and I’ve tuned in before.
I recently heard about your wife’s health, and my heart has been heavy for you. I’ve been praying for her healing, for peace to cover your home, and for the nearness of Jesus to be felt in a powerful way during this time.
Even though we’ve never met, I want you to know your ministry has touched me. Thank you for your faithfulness.
And with everything going on in the world right now, I truly believe Jesus is coming very soon. That blessed hope feels nearer than ever, and I pray He continues to strengthen you until that glorious day.

Scriptures that have been on my heart as I pray for you both:
Titus 2:13 – “Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.”
2 Corinthians 4:17-18 – “For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen…”
John 14:1-3 – “Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms… I go to prepare a place for you… I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.”
I don’t have the right words to express my heartfelt prayers for Janie. Having just gone through this with my son in law. But I know God is able to do miraculous things. I continue to pray daily.
PRAYING FOR STRENGTH AND HOPE AS GOD WORKS MIRACLES IN THE FAMILY. HEALING AND FULL RECOVERY AS THE LORD IS IN CONTROL. JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL. FAMILY TO BE LIFTED UP WITH FAITH AS THEY LEAN ON OUR SAVIOR TO CARRY THE TORCH OF TRUTH TO ALL.

Please lay your hand on Janie and embrace her fight for your glory. Give us strength to lift up all prayers for the McGarity Family. In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen
