Janie
Today, my heart is broken—but heaven is rejoicing.
After a courageous battle with cancer, my beloved wife has gone home to be with her first love, the Lord Jesus Christ. She faced every trial with unwavering faith, never compromising her principles, and always inspiring those around her with her strength, grace, and love.
She loved her family deeply, and we will forever cherish the memories we shared. Though we grieve her absence, we rejoice in her victory. She is now free from pain, fully alive in the presence of Jesus, receiving the reward for a life well-lived.
She was welcomed by the Lord Jesus today with the words, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
Until we meet again, my love.

Well, done, good and faithful servant is echoing in the heavens and in my mind as Janie entered into his perfect peace. I am so saddened for all of you and it is such a loss for you and for all of us. Thank you for sharing her brave journey with us and we continue to pray for all of you as you remember her.
Jeremy, Cheri and I are praying for you and your whole family, for God’s comfort, encouragement, and strength. So very sorry for your loss. Additionally, I will be praying for you and Skyline every time I drive past Skyline (and that’s usually multiple times every day, since we live a mile away).

You don’t know me and I’ve never met you, but I’ve proofed one of your books and feel that I’ve seen into your heart. I’m praying for comfort for you and your family, knowing that it will take time for the sharpest pain to recede so that you can breathe again. Heaven becomes dearer and nearer with every loss, and this loss is profound. I pray also for His grace and clarity in the days ahead.

I am so sorry that Janie passed away. I was praying for her healing but I guess God had other plans for her. I will pray for you and your family. God Bless!!
You both have been so open about your difficult journey. Your family’s strength has inspired me to go deeper in my faith . God has received a loving disciple and an amazing testament to the power of Christ on earth this very day. You have our love and support today and always.

My heart aches and grieves for you Pastor Jeremy. I prayed Daily for Janie. I walked with her through her journey as I walked through mine. The Lord has a plan for each of our remaining days. I was blessed by her presence and unwavering faith. She will be missed.
